5. Returns & Refunds
Any returns must be authorised by us beforehand and within 14 days from receiving your item unless under manufacturers Guarantee.
Postage must be covered by yourself, and goods must be in their original packaging. Postage refund will only be refunded if goods are faulty or sent out in error. We will reimburse up to a maximum of £8.95 postage refund.
